Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

Tiny Toes ("Provider") agrees to deliver, set up, and retrieve soft play equipment as outlined in the booking confirmation and attached invoice. These services will take place at the event location, date, and time specified by the Client.
 

2. Event Details & Booking Requirements

The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including:

  • Date and time

  • Venue address

  • Access details (e.g. stairs, elevators, parking)

Any changes must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. Late changes may not be accommodated and could result in cancellation without refund.

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve and confirm the event booking. The remaining balance is due 14days before the event date.
     

3. Cleanliness & Safety

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event.
To ensure the safest play experience:

  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

  • Food, drinks, shoes, and sharp objects are not allowed on soft play areas.

  • Equipment is intended for children aged 0–6 unless otherwise noted.
     

4. Unforeseeable Circumstances

Tiny Toes is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incomplete services due to events beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Illness outbreaks or public health emergencies

  • Road closures or traffic delays

In such cases, we will communicate promptly and work with you to reschedule, subject to availability. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

We strongly encourage having a backup indoor location for outdoor bookings.
 

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due 14 days before the event date.

  • A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned within 3–5 business days after the event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition.

We accept payment via e-transfer or online payment.
 

6. Equipment Use & Client Responsibility

The Client agrees to:

  • Use the equipment only as intended.

  • Follow all safety guidelines provided.

  • Ensure children are supervised at all times.

The Client is liable for:

  • Any damage, theft, or loss due to misuse or negligence.

  • Cleaning fees for excessive mess (e.g. food spills, face paint, etc.).

  • Replacement costs for missing or irreparably damaged items.
     

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • Same-day cancellations: Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

In the event of provider-initiated cancellation, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
 

8. Photography & Social Media

Tiny Toes may take photos of the setup for promotional purposes. We will never photograph children without explicit parental permission. If you do not wish your setup to be photographed, please notify us in writing.
 

9. Agreement

By booking with Tiny Toes, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. A signed rental agreement may also be required prior to the event.
